All prices listed above are based on the square footage of the home. When the visual inspection is complete, the property discrepancies will be disclosed with the CLIENT. Any questions about the property are encouraged to be addressed at any time. The report is completed in the office, and a copy will be sent to the CLIENT. All the photos will be reviewed and plugged into the designated areas of the report. The digital photos play a good role in our reports. You (the CLIENT) will be able to view these photos during your final walk-through of the property. For a small fee, CORE will reinspect these discrepancies to make sure they have been repaired properly.
