About CORE....
Core (kor) n. (1) the
most important part, the inner most part of anything (2) the wood center to which outer layers of veneer are attached.
The name CORE was chosen to represent an inspection of the innermost parts of the home. The inspector will inspect
everything internal and external. CORE is a member of NACHI (National Association of Certified Home Inspectors). We can be
located on their website at
www.nachi.org. Our inspection procedure is to follow NACHI's
Standards of Practice and
Code of Ethics. Also,
as being a member of this organization, 24 hours of continuing education must be completed each year.
Qualifications
5 yrs. as a Home Inspector
4 years U.S. Military Service, Member of NACHI, Passed National Home Inspectors Exam, Passed
NACHI's Standards of Practice (each yr.), Passed NACHI's Code of Ethics (each yr.), Completed 55 hours' course
credits, Refrigeration apprenticeship, 3 years hospital maintenance, 5 year carpenter, 10 year handyman (small repairs)6 years
hydraulic maintenance, and I am always continuing my education in the inspection field.
